SW Structural, Inc. is a consulting structural engineering firm specializing in the design of structures and structural components for commercial and industrial facilities. The owner, Steve F. Wade, S.E., has been designing structures of a wide variety since 1988. With an emphasis on constructibility and attention to detail, Mr. Wade has established himself as a respected structural engineer among his peers in the structural engineering community and among architects and contractors since 1988. 

SW Structural, Inc. offers cost effective design solutions by keeping in close contact with the construction industry and local contractors. Mr. Wade’s hands-on construction experience with his father’s construction company provides him with invaluable insight when it comes to achieving creative and efficient solutions to the design challenges found in today’s commercial and industrial projects. 

The goal of SW Structural, Inc. is to provide the best possible structural design that meets the project user's requirements and owner's budget constraints. This is achieved through an open line of communication and dialogue with the user and the design team during the design process. 

Mr. Wade holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, California. Mr. Wade is a licensed Civil (C51910) and Structural (S4212) Engineer in the State of California and is a member of the Structural Engineers Association of Northern California. 

Mr. Wade’s broad range of experience contributes to his ability to actively respond to his client’s needs in a timely and cost effective manner.
